These terms govern your use of hqsimple.com and the public-facing tools we provide on it (the contact form, the associate-onboarding intake, the meeting booking page, the chat assistant, and any calculators or downloadable resources). If you have a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Headquarters for Simple, Inc., that MSA controls the services we provide; these terms govern only your use of the public site.
Who can use the site
The site is intended for businesses considering or using HQ Simple's services. By submitting any information through the site, you represent that you are at least 18 and that you are authorized to submit the information on behalf of your organization (and, where applicable, on behalf of any worker whose information you provide).
What you can expect from us
- We will respond to inbound inquiries from a real person, typically within four business hours during our operating window (Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Pacific).
- Our published pricing on /pricing reflects our actual fee structure. Calculators on the site return real numbers, not ranges.
- We will never sell your information or share it with advertisers.
What we ask of you
- Provide accurate information when you fill out our forms or chat with our assistant.
- Do not use the site to harass, abuse, or harm others; do not attempt to disrupt or probe the security of our infrastructure; do not scrape the site or its API endpoints; do not impersonate anyone.
- When you submit worker information through the associate-onboarding form, confirm that the worker is aware of and has consented to your submission.
The chat assistant
Our chat widget combines AI-generated responses with optional live-agent handoff. AI answers may be incomplete or inaccurate; they do not constitute legal, tax, employment, or financial advice. Anything that looks like a binding commitment requires a written agreement signed by an authorized HQ Simple representative. If a question is outside the chat assistant's knowledge, the assistant will offer to connect you with a teammate.
Bookings
Booking a meeting through this site creates a calendar event in our Google Workspace and shares your name and email with our team. You can reschedule or cancel any booking using the links in your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel meetings at our discretion (for example, for suspected abuse).
Calculators and illustrative content
Pricing calculators, ROI estimators, and customer case studies on this site are illustrative. The customer story on /customers is a composite based on real programs we have operated; it is identified as such on the page. Calculator outputs depend on inputs you provide and on general industry assumptions; actual results may differ. Nothing on this site is a quote or contract.
Intellectual property
The site, our logos, our written content, and our software are owned by Headquarters for Simple, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark. You may view, print, and share pages for non-commercial reference; you may not redistribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant the accuracy of third-party content we link to.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HQ Simple will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site (and not from a separate signed MSA) is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HQ Simple harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your misuse of the site, (b) your submission of information you were not authorized to submit, or (c) your violation of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
