Need EOR in Barbados?
Barbados employer NIS runs 12.75% of insurable earnings (capped at BBD 5,360/month from Jan 2026), and statutory severance kicks in after just 2 years of service. EOR via partner is the lowest-friction option for a permanent local hire, while the DNV fits short-term remote arrangements where the worker stays foreign-payrolled.
HQ Simple services Barbados EOR through our vetted partner network. Direct EOR sits with the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia.
