Considering EOR instead?

Need EOR in Italy?

Italy stacks roughly 30% INPS contributions, mandatory TFR severance (6.91% of gross accrued every year and paid out at exit), and CCNL-driven 13th and often 14th month bonuses. Total employer load is closer to 40% than the headline rate. EOR is almost always the right answer for any worker you'd otherwise put on the DNV.

HQ Simple services Italy EOR through our vetted partner network. Direct EOR sits with the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia.

EOR vs DNV?

A 20-minute call usually settles it: EOR if the worker is a local resident, DNV if they keep their home employer. We'll tell you which is cleaner.
