- 01IR35 / off-payroll working rules: many engagements that look like contractor relationships are actually deemed employment under UK rules. We assess this on every UK engagement.
- 02Unfair-dismissal protection kicks in after 2 years' service (5 weeks for some protected categories); termination process matters from day one.
- 03Right-to-work documentation has shifted to digital checks for many visa types since 2022.
- 04Holiday pay calculations include average of variable pay (overtime, commission) for the prior 52 weeks; getting the calculation wrong is a common claim trigger.
