- Superannuation Guarantee contributions (currently 11.5%, rising to 12% July 2025)

- Modern Award and Fair Work Act compliance
- Annual leave (4 weeks) + personal/carer's leave (10 days) + paid public holidays
- Long-service leave compliance (state-specific accruals)
- Visa sponsorship support (482 / 186 / 494 where applicable)
